Yes, from inside the app, with no external portal. Upgrading, adding users or switching to annual is charged today for only the prorated difference, with a live preview before you confirm. Downgrades and user removals are scheduled to period end, with no refund.

Around 20%: Basic goes from 19 to 15 EUR per month, Pro from 49 to 39, Spectrum from 99 to 79 and Business from 499 to 399, billed once a year. On top of that, the annual plan includes a response pool larger than twelve monthly quotas: 25,000 a year on Pro, 100,000 on Spectrum and 200,000 on Business.

Each time someone subscribes with your code and pays, you earn a 10% discount applied once, on your next invoice. The 10% is computed on the cheaper plan of the two (yours or theirs). Several referrals in the same cycle stack on that invoice, up to 100%: it can drop to 0 EUR. If you skip your renewal, the discount you earned waits for you only until the end of that calendar month, then it expires.

Self-serve plans (Basic, Pro and Spectrum) stop when they reach their quota: the meters warn at 80% and 100%, and the quota resets at the real period renewal. Business and Enterprise can opt into a +20% response band, billed at 0.01 EUR per extra response on the end-of-period invoice; it is never charged automatically.

Removing the Camaleonic footer and wordmark (white-label) is available from Pro up, validated server-side, on every public surface, together with your organization subdomain. Basic publishes with your logo and your colours, and keeps the Camaleonic footer. A verified custom domain arrives with Business.

Yes. Each organization is its own isolated space, on every plan. Configurable data retention, EU data residency, SSO and audit logs are Enterprise, by contract. Public surfaces are not indexable (noindex, nofollow).

Instantly. Results are live: every response appears the moment it is submitted, streamed over Server-Sent Events, and KPIs, charts and quality flags update in real time. You can share a live results center even with people outside your organization (Pro plans and above).

A usage unit weighted by effort: light actions, like a chat message, consume little; heavy ones, like generating a full survey, consume more. Every plan includes a monthly pool of credits you can extend whenever you want.

Plan credits reset every month. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are only spent after the monthly pool runs out.
