Every plan includes named users: 2 on Basic, 5 on Pro and 8 on Spectrum (unlimited on Enterprise). Invite up to your allowance and, if you need more, you can add more users at any time from inside the app. No seats, no minimums and no concurrent-session limits.

Yes, from inside the app, with no external portal. Upgrading, adding users or switching to annual is charged today for only the prorated difference, with a live preview before you confirm. Downgrades and user removals are scheduled to period end, with no refund.

Around 20%: Basic goes from 19 to 15 EUR per month, Pro from 49 to 39 and Spectrum from 99 to 79, billed once a year. On top of that, the annual response pool is 12 times the monthly quota plus a 10% bonus.

Each time someone subscribes with your code and pays, you earn a 10% discount applied once, on your next invoice. The 10% is computed on the cheaper plan of the two (yours or theirs). Several referrals in the same cycle stack on that invoice, up to 100%: it can drop to 0 EUR. If you skip your renewal, the discount you earned waits for you only until the end of that calendar month, then it expires.

There is no silent overage. Usage meters warn at 80% and 100% of your response quota, so you always know where you stand. The quota resets at the real period renewal.

Removing the Camaleonic footer and wordmark (white-label) is available on Basic and above, validated server-side, on every public surface. A verified custom domain is Enterprise. Basic also publishes on an organization subdomain.

Yes. Each organization is its own isolated space. Configurable retention (per survey, with automatic purge) and EU data residency are on every plan. Enterprise adds audit logs, SSO and a custom domain. Public surfaces are not indexable (noindex, nofollow).

Instantly. Results are live: every response appears the moment it is submitted, streamed over Server-Sent Events, and KPIs, charts and quality flags update in real time. You can share a live results center even with people outside your organization (Pro plans and above).

A usage unit weighted by effort: light actions, like a chat message, consume little; heavy ones, like generating a full survey, consume more. Every plan includes a monthly pool of credits you can extend whenever you want.

Plan credits reset every month. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are only spent after the monthly pool runs out.

Sentiment analysis stays free. You can buy a top-up with a one-off in-app payment, or upgrade. Expensive actions show a cost estimate first, and the usage meter lives in Settings.

The General view is on every plan. The Customer view arrives with Pro. The Employee and Suppliers views arrive with Spectrum. Enterprise includes everything, with per-view overrides for custom deals.
