Employee climate and experience
Employee climate and eNPS surveys
A useful employee climate survey does not ask about everything every month. Combine one or two broad, stable measurements each year with short pulses on a specific issue, protect small groups and state which decision the answers will inform. These 18 templates separate climate, eNPS, wellbeing, leadership and employee-lifecycle moments so each result has an owner and a possible action.

Anonymity is part of the instrument
Writing “anonymous” in the introduction is not enough. Avoid collecting fields that identify someone when combined, and do not show breakdowns with small bases. Set the reporting threshold before launch, explain who will see the results and publish aggregates only. If the team does not understand that protection, difficult answers disappear and the data becomes biased even when participation looks healthy.
Measurement creates an obligation to act
Before adding a question, decide who can change what it measures. Afterwards, share two or three priorities, one concrete action and a follow-up date; do not promise to solve every comment. Repeat the core questions without changing their wording to read the trend, and use pulses to test whether a specific intervention worked. Without that closing loop, each new survey teaches the team that answering changes nothing.
